To comply with the established deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is enough for the client to send the declaration that they exercise their right of withdrawal before the deadline for this ends. If the customer proceeds to withdraw from the contract, LOBIPO will refund all payments received from the customer, including ordinary shipping costs (except for additional costs incurred by your choice of another means of delivery other than the cheapest standard shipping offered by LOBIPO). ), within a period of fourteen days from the date on which LOBIPO had received the communication that the client wishes to withdraw from the contract. For said refund, the same payment method that the client would have used to pay for the products will be used, unless otherwise explicitly agreed, under no circumstances will any charge be made for the aforementioned refund. LOBIPO may decline to reimburse the amounts owed to the client until he has received the products or until the client provides the necessary evidence proving that he has returned said products. In any case, the customer will bear the direct costs of returning the products. The client will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods if said loss of value could be attributed to him due to handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation. The right of withdrawal regulated in this section may only be exercised in relation to products purchased through the LOBIPO online store, in accordance with the specifications established in these terms and conditions.
